As the largest reptile and exotic animal show in the Pacific NW, we offer a unique opportunity to showcase your product and services to more than 20,000 visitors per show. We offer opportunities for vendors to participate in additional marketing and advertising options to reach more customers in-between shows as well. Due to the high number of vendor registrations and the limited availability of specific booth spaces, we have created a registration process. Please complete the form below and you will be notified and invoiced for your space. If you have any requests or specific needs please be as detailed as possible in the text area below.

STANDARD BOOTH

A standard booth is a 10’x10’ space that comes with one 8’ table facing the public, 2 vendor badges, and 2 chairs.

CORNER BOOTH

A corner booth is a 10’x10’ space that comes with two – 8’ tables facing the public, 2 vendor badges, and 2 chairs.

EXTRA TABLE

Additional 8’ table to be utilized within your 10’x10’ booth space.  THIS IS NOT AN ADDITIONAL 10’x10’ BOOTH SPACE.

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, no refunds will be given on booths due to vendor cancellation less than 30 days prior to the event, or in the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen government mandated restrictions on gatherings.
